- 1 cut up chicken (2 1/2 to 3 lb.)
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. corn flake crumbs
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Dip chicken in evaporated milk.

2Roll in mixture of corn flake crumbs, salt and pepper.

3Place in shallow baking pan lined with aluminum foil (that's right, no shortening!).

4Bake in a 350° oven for about 1 hour or until drumstick is tender when pierced with a fork.
