- 1 (3 lb.) broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
- 1 c. finely crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- dash of pepper
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 6 Tbsp. butter (3/4 stick)
Directions

1Wash chicken; pat dry.

2Mix corn flakes, flour, salt, paprika and pepper in paper bag.

3Dip chicken pieces in evaporated milk; shake with corn flake mixture until coated.

4Melt butter in baking pan.

5Place chicken skin side down in melted butter.

6Bake in a preheated oven at 350° for 30 minutes.

7Turn chicken and bake 15 minutes longer.
