- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. light cream
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Lightly butter Pyrex baking dish.

3Beat eggs well; pour over corn.

4Stir in rest of ingredients, mixing until well combined.

5Turn mixture into prepared baking dish.

6Set in larger baking pan and fill larger pan with boiling water to depth of 1-inch.

7Bake 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
