  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 egg
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 stick margarine, melted

Directions

    Mix together and pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350° for approximately 45 minutes.
