- 1 cut up chicken
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 2 c. corn flakes
- 1 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Rinse off chicken and pat dry.

2Melt butter; set aside to cool.

3Crush the corn flakes with a rolling pin.

4Blend together the butter and paprika.

5Dip the chicken pieces into the butter mixture, then roll the pieces in the corn flakes, covering all sides.

6Place the chicken on a cookie sheet and place in oven at 350°.

7Cook for about 1 hour, or until crisp.
