- 6 slices bread, crust removed and diced
- 2 c. cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. mayo
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. grated mild cheese
Directions

1Place 2 slices of diced bread cubes in bottom of a casserole dish.

2Mix together chicken, mayo, onion and pepper.

3Spread over cubes.

4Add remaining cubes.

5Beat eggs and milk; pour over cubes. Cover and let stand overnight in refrigerator.

6Spread soup and cheese over top.

7Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
