- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. corn flakes
- 1 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Beat egg whites until light.

2Add vanilla; dribble in sugar and beat until very thick.

3Mix corn flakes, nuts and coconut; fold into egg mixture.

4Drop by teaspoon on a well-greased cookie sheet.

5Bake for about 15 minutes in a 325° oven.
