- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Stir beaten egg into corn.

2Add butter, flour, milk and sugar. Stir well and season to taste.

3Drop by spoonfuls one at a time in boiling oil.

4Fry until golden brown.

5Remove fritters from grease.

6Drain.

7Serve white hot.
