  • 1 lg. can corn, drained
  • 1 sm. box corn bread mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 med. onion

Directions

    In 13 X 9 baking dish place both cans of corn.

    Mix 2 eggs with corn bread mix. Set aside.
  3. 3
    Saute onions.
  4. 4
    Layer on top of corn.
  5. 5
    Place corn bread mixture on top.
  6. 6
    Drizzle melted butter over top and bake for 40 minutes at 400.
