- 1 c. corn meal
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Heat the water to boiling.

2Mix corn meal and salt with milk. Pour into boiling water, stirring constantly.

3Cook until thickened, stirring frequently.

4Continue cooking over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.

5Pour into dish.

6Let set until cold, then slice and fry.
