  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 small box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and bake in greased 8 x 8-inch casserole for 50 minutes at 350°.

    Pull rack out and sprinkle 4 ounces of grated cheese on top.

    Remove from oven immediately, cheese should be melting.
