- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 small box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
Directions

1Mix all ingredients and bake in greased 8 x 8-inch casserole for 50 minutes at 350°.

2Pull rack out and sprinkle 4 ounces of grated cheese on top.

3Remove from oven immediately, cheese should be melting.
