- 2 pounds bacon, sliced
- 13 1/2 quarts canned whole kernel corn
- 1 1/2 tablespoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
- 3/4 cup canned pimentos, drained and finely chopped
- 1 1/2 quarts chopped green peppers
- 4 1/2 cups chopped onions
- 1 1/4 cups melted shortening or salad oil
Directions

1Cook bacon until crisp.

3Drain corn; mix with salt, pepper and pimentos.

4Saute peppers and onions in shortening until tender.

6Cook corn mixture over medium heat until hot, stirring constantly.
