- 2/3 c. fine whole wheat flour
- 1/3 c. unbleached white flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 7/8 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. butter or oil
Directions

1Mix flour and salt.

2Beat eggs light.

3Add milk and butter slowly.

4Add flour and mix well.

5Beat 1 minute with electric beater.

6Mix should be like heavy cream.

7Place in buttered muffin tins 1/3 full.

8Bake 20 minutes at 450°.

9Reduce oven to 350° and finish baking 15 more minutes.

10Remove from tins.

11Serves 8 to 12.
