- 1/4 c. shortening
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 stiffly beaten egg white
Directions

1Cream shortening, sugar and vanilla; add egg yolk and beat well.

2Stir in fruit and nuts.

3Mix together crumbs and baking powder; add 1/4 teaspoon salt.

4Add to creamed mixture alternating with milk.

5Fold in egg white.

6Fill 6 greased 6 ounce custard cups.

7Bake at 350°

8for 25 to 30 minutes.

9Serve warm with lemon sauce or whipped cream.
