- 1 c. bacon fat
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 (16 oz.) can corn, drained (save liquid)
- 1/4 c. liquid (from corn)
Directions

1Heat fat and oil in deep fryer or Dutch oven to 375°.

2Mix flour, baking powder, salt, eggs and corn liquid.

3Stir in corn. Drop by rounded tablespoons into hot fat until brown approximately 4 to 5 minutes.
