  • 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 egg whites, beaten slightly
  • 1/4 c. shortening

Directions

    Place corn in bowl.

    Stir in egg yolks, salt, pepper and flour; mix well.

    Fold in egg whites gently.

    Heat shortening in large skillet.

    Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot fat.
