- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt to taste
- corn flour to thicken
- 2 bags frozen corn (for topping)
Directions

1In skillet, brown the beef with the onion and other ingredients.

2Add 1 cup of water (cold) with 3 tablespoons corn flour; when it is cooked, spread into a Pyrex pie dish.

3For topping, boil the corn for 5 minutes, then drain and mash in a food processor.

4Spread mashed corn over the top of the meal. Bake in oven at 350° for 40 minutes or until a crust forms on the top.
