- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. scalded milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Mix flour, sugar, salt and pepper.

3Add melted butter. Add eggs.

5Pour into greased casserole.

6Place in a pan of water. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
