- 1 box Jiff corn muffin mix
- 1/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°. Spray an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Melt margarine (or butter) in a large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into baking dish. Bake about 30 minutes until set and light brown.
