- 4 whole chicken breasts, skinned, halved and pierced with a fork
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- dash of paprika
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Arrange chicken bone side up on broiler pan.

2In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend well.

3Brush mixture on chicken.

4Broil about 4-inches from heat for 8 minutes, brushing frequently with sauce.

5Turn chicken; continue broiling, brushing frequently with sauce.

6Cook 6 to 8 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear.

7Serve warm or cold.
