  • 1 can white Shoe Peg corn
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter

Directions

    Grease casserole dish; drain corn (white and whole).

    Mix together in dish all corn.

    Mix in a separate bowl, remaining ingredients, excluding butter.

    Add to corn; slice butter on top. Bake at 400° until bubbly, about 50 to 60 minutes.
