- 2 (16 oz.) cans no salt cream-style corn
- 1 c. skim milk
- 3 egg whites
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
Directions

1Mix corn and milk in a medium bowl.

2Mix egg whites, sugar and flour in a small bowl and beat lightly with a fork.

3Add egg whites to corn mixture and mix well.

4Pour into a small sprayed (nonfat spray) casserole dish or pie plate.

5Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes (depending on thickness).

6Yields 4 servings.
