  • 2 (16 oz.) cans no salt cream-style corn
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. self-rising flour

Directions

    Mix corn and milk in a medium bowl.

    Mix egg whites, sugar and flour in a small bowl and beat lightly with a fork.

    Add egg whites to corn mixture and mix well.

    Pour into a small sprayed (nonfat spray) casserole dish or pie plate.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes (depending on thickness).
