  • 2 c. canned or fresh corn, drained
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 3/4 c. milk

Directions

    Blend butter, sugar, flour and salt. Add eggs, beating well. Stir in corn and milk. Pour ingredients in buttered casserole and bake 1 hour at 400° or until golden brown and silver knife inserted comes out clean.
