  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
  • salt/pepper to taste

Directions
