  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk, undiluted
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 can yellow whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can yellow cream of corn
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

    Beat eggs.

    Add milk, salt, pepper, sugar, and cornstarch and mix. Add corn.

    Mix in melted butter.

    Pour into greased casserole dish.

    Bake in a 325° oven for 30- 35 minutes.

    Very delicious! Can be made ahead and put in oven just before dinner.
