  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 stick margarine

    Combine the first 6 ingredients. Melt the margarine in an 8 or 9-inch square pan. Add the corn mixture and stir gently. Bake at 400° for 45 minutes.
