  • 4 Tbsp. flour or 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can cream-style corn

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients thoroughly.

    Add milk and corn.

    Mix again and pour into baking casserole about 2 inches deep.

    Pour melted butter on top and bake at 325° for 1 hour or until firm.
