  • 2 c. corn (cut from cob, fresh)
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. milk

Directions

    Combine all ingredients.

    Pour into greased casserole.

    Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes or just until center of custard is set.

    Stir once in first 20 minutes of baking.
