  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 1 pt. corn (more, if needed)

Directions

    Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch casserole baking dish.

    Combine sugar and flour. Add milk and beaten eggs.

    Stir in corn and melted butter from casserole dish.

    Since butter is melted in baking dish, no other greasing is necessary.

    Bake at 350° until custard is set and top is golden brown.
