- 2 cans cream-style corn
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. coarse cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Directions

1Mix eggs, salt, pepper and milk with corn.

2Place in buttered casserole and top with cracker crumbs.

3Drip butter over crumbs and bake for 1 hour in a 350° oven. Bake in individual ramekins, if you like. Serves 6.
