  • 1 can corn
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mild chilies
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. cornmeal
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda

    Puree corn in processor.

    Add all ingredients into processor and mix well.

    Pour into baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until top is crusty and center has set.
