  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 small pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 2 cans whole corn, drained
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together; place in greased casserole dish and bake for 35 minutes at 350°.

    Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top and bake additional 10 to 15 minutes at 450°.
