- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn (water and all)
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 stick margarine, melted
Directions

1Combine both cans of corn.

2Add the egg to the corn.

3Add the cream cheese.

4Add the cornbread mix.

5Pour into two greased 9-inch pie pans.

6Pour melted butter over.

7Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
