- 1 (1 lb.) can cream-style corn
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 1/4 c. chopped pimentos
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. light cream
- dash of salt and pepper
Directions

1Combine corn and eggs.

2Stir in milk, cream and oleo. Add pepper, onion and seasonings. Pour in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Set in pan of hot water. Bake, uncovered, at 300° for 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.
