  • 1 (1 lb.) can cream-style corn
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1/4 c. chopped pimentos
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. light cream
  • dash of salt and pepper

Directions

    Combine corn and eggs.

    Stir in milk, cream and oleo. Add pepper, onion and seasonings. Pour in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Set in pan of hot water. Bake, uncovered, at 300° for 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.
