  • 1 small can corn
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour (level)
  • dash of sugar

Directions

    Cut off ears of tender corn or use canned corn if desired. Stir all ingredients together and put in casserole.

    Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
