- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. nondairy creamer
- 1 (16 oz.) can low sodium whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Melt margarine in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.

2Stir in flour to make a smooth paste.

3Add creamer very slowly; stir until smooth. Add corn, eggs and pepper.

4Set casserole in a pan filled with hot water 1 inch deep.

5Bake at 350° until firm, 45 to 50 minutes. Serves 4.
