  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 or 3 Tbsp. butter

    Melt butter in casserole and then put in mixture. Cook in slow oven about 1 hour at 300° to 325°.
