  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix

    Mix first 4 ingredients together. Add corn bread mix and fold in. Bake at 36-° for 45-50 minutes -- until a golden crust has formed over all.
