- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 4 or 5 raw carrots
- 3 or 4 medium potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Chop carrots, potatoes and onion; set aside.

2Brown meat; drain.

3Add chopped vegetables to meat; let steam 10 to 12 minutes.

4Add Ro-Tel tomatoes, sauce and water.

5Add salt and pepper.

6Simmer until vegetables are tender.

7Serve with hot corn bread.
