  • 2 eggs
  • 1 large can whole kernel corn
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. dried onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/8 tsp. each: salt and pepper
  • dash of cayenne pepper

Directions

    Beat eggs.

    Add all other ingredients.

    Pour into greased casserole and bake 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350° or until golden brown on top.

    Place casserole in pan of water to prevent burning. Serves 4 to 5.
