- 1 can regular corn, drained
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 stick butter
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. flour, sifted
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/3 c. sugar
- dash salt and pepper
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Add milk and flour, blend well.

3Add beaten eggs and add sugar, salt and pepper.

4Blend all real well, then add both kinds of corn.

5Put in casserole dish and bake at 325° for 1 hour, making sure corn is set as a pudding.

6Serves 6 to 8.
