  • 1 1/3 c. corn, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs, thoroughly beaten
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 1/3 c. milk

    Dump all ingredients into a baking dish and mix together. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    If fresh corn is used, add 1/4 teaspoon salt.
