  • 1 No. 2 can or 2 cups of fresh corn, cooked in a little butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 cups sweet milk
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • dash of cayenne

Directions

    To the corn add flour, milk, and melted butter.

    Next the well beaten eggs, salt and cayenne. Lastly add the baking powder. Put into a greased 2 quart baking dish.

    Bake in a slow oven until firm and brown, 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.

    Serve at once in its baking dish.
