- 1 No. 2 can or 2 cups of fresh corn, cooked in a little butter
- 5 eggs
- 2 cups sweet milk
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1/4 lb. butter
- dash of cayenne
Directions

1To the corn add flour, milk, and melted butter.

2Next the well beaten eggs, salt and cayenne. Lastly add the baking powder. Put into a greased 2 quart baking dish.

3Bake in a slow oven until firm and brown, 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.

4Serve at once in its baking dish.
