- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. (12 oz. can) whole kernel corn
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a 1-quart saucepan, scald milk.

3Add butter.

4In 1 1/2-quart

5casserole, beat eggs slightly; stir in milk, corn with liquid, onion and salt.

6Set casserole in shallow pan on oven rack.

7Pour hot water in pan around casserole 1-inch deep.

8Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.

9Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
