  • 2 c. fresh corn from cob or canned or frozen corn
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. milk or cream

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    Beat eggs.

    Add corn and then gradually add flour, sugar and milk. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole dish.

    Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes or until puffed and golden.
