- 4 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. milk or cream

1Preheat oven to 325°.

3Add corn and then gradually add flour, sugar and milk. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole dish.

4Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes or until puffed and golden.
