- 2 c. corn or 1 lb. canned corn
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 1/2 c. milk, heated
- 3 eggs, separated
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Heat milk and margarine.

2Cool.

3Mix flour, butter, egg yolks, milk, sugar and salt.

4Beat egg whites and fold into mixture. Pour into a 9 x 9 x 3-inch pan or baking dish.

5Cover.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
