- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 pt. corn (equal to 1 can; I use 1 can creamed corn)
Directions

1Beat eggs slightly; make a smooth paste of flour and milk. Add eggs, then melted butter and other ingredients.

2Pour into buttered dish or casserole.

3Set in pan of hot water.

4Bake in moderate oven until firm like baked custard (45 to 60 minutes). If baked in microwave, bake 15 to 18 minutes on Level 5.

5Pan of hot water not necessary in microwave.
