  • 2 c. fresh corn (may use canned corn)
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. milk

Directions

    Combine corn, sugar, salt and pepper; add eggs.

    Add milk to butter.

    Heat until butter is melted.

    Add to corn and eggs. Pour in baking dish.

    Bake 1 hour at 325°.
