- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 cans creamed corn
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- butter
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Mix together the eggs, creamed corn, 1 cup bread crumbs, evaporated milk and salt.

2Put in a 3-quart buttered casserole. Top with 1/4 cup bread crumbs and 1/2 stick butter, sliced and placed on top of crumbs.

3Bake at 350°, covered, for 1 1/2 hours or until knife inserted comes out clean.

4Good served with meat dishes (ham, turkey, etc.).
