  • 4 (15 1/4 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained and divided
  • 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 tsp. cornmeal
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

    Process 1 can of corn, flour and next 6 ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Transfer to a bowl. Stir in remaining 3 cans of corn. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until set. Makes 12 servings.
